It is one of the most ancient spiritual practices and a part of
religions and spiritual paths. It help deepens the concentration and
devotion, calms the mind and improves the awareness and raise
your vibration. To recite and move your breathe saying Hawaiian
words in a monotonous repetitive tone. To create intentional prayers,
blessing, protocols, and to raise our voice, our Hā – the breath of life.
We will be learning protocol chants.

Sie sind eine der ältesten spirituellen Praktiken und ein Teil von
Religionen und spirituellen Pfaden. Sie helfen, die Konzentration und
Hingabe zu vertiefen, den Geist zu beruhigen, das Bewusstsein zu
verbessern und die Schwingung zu erhöhen. Die hawaiianischen
Worte werden in einem sich wiederholenden Ton rezitiert. Dabei
bewegen wir den Atem, erstellen gezielte Gebete, Segenssprüche,
Protokolle und erheben unsere Stimme, unser Hā – unseren
Lebensatem. Wir werden Protokollgesänge lernen.
